"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Depends on what features you are looking for and what kind of budget?

i want to use it as bandwidth management like distribute traffic between users , put some high priority for some users like administrators (same features for MS ISA server)
no problem about budget

Hm, ok even that can range from pretty basic to some fairly complex bells and whistles.

Are you talking about just plain internet (http/https) access? Or do you need to support VPN access/VoiP/other corporate services to remote users?

100 users? or 10000?

What other infrastructure do you have in place?

Do you need to have granularity down to users or just groups? Or if just down to subnets then you can do it on a number of firewalls already without messing around proxies/traffic shapers?

Do you need to differentiate between protocols and even down to individual actions on protocols (eg. GET v's POST on HTTP)?

Have a look at some of these:

Cisco NAC Appliance:

XRoads Networks:

Juniper WX series:

On a side note, we have actually moved to BlueCoats for a 500 user multi-site deployment and they are very effective so far, enforcing QoS bandwidth policies across groups/services without issues. We have some nifty security features specific to protocols, to throttle down/up as required.
