I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

there are few things that you can try.

A - Publish the project ( Build > Publish). it will create all required files in dll that you can upload to server and you should be all set.

B - Copy the App_WebReferences folder to the root of website.

C - (Best Option). use the wsdl.exe tool to create a proxy class(using web service url) for your project. put that proxy class into app_code and then use that proxy class within your project.
