Cannot connect to Network Printer from Windows 7 with "Run only allowed Windows Applications" GPO Applied

I am a Systems Engineer. I cannot connect to Network Printer from Windows 7 with "Run only allowed Windows Applications" applied in a GPO. This works fine on the XP Desktops. I have tried adding all exe and dll libraries that could possibly be associated with the Background Process of adding a Network Printer e.g. Printui.dll, winspool.drv etc. I am getting the following error: "Operation has been canceled due to Restrictions in effect on this Computer". I have also tried to use Process Monitor due capture the process while installing the Printer as a Test User with no restrictions applied but I cannot see anything out of the ordinary.

Do you have UAC enabled? Try disabling UAC and try again?

@jermorse: Thanks for the hint Dude! It was indeed the UAC coming down like an anvil each time "ntprint.exe" was executed. We have UAC enabled but I'm not going to disable for the whole Sales Department because some of them buggers have "long fingers". The UAC Popup is fine as long as there is no longer an Error coming up. I have added "ntprint.exe" to the "Run only allowed Windows Applications" list.
