Certificate not showing in ISA 2004 for SSL Listener

I am have installed a new certificate on the ISA server 2004 for RPC-HTTP but the certificate even after the import is successful message is not showing in the Certificates.msc. Any ideas why??

No it is not showing in there at all. (I assume I was to choose computer account before local computer). I have imported all my others no problem but this one does not want to show up.

In fact it is showing the store under user account but not computer account. Not had this happen before, why would it be only importing to the user account and not computer account. Thanks

Right done that but it is not showing in the list for the SSL listener in ISA.  How long before it shows in the list.

I will do, later on today but cannot at the moment as I have quite a few VPN users who would kill me if I restarted now.
