On the ISA server start run mmc -> file add/remove snapins -> certificates -> Local computer

expand the personal certificates do you see the certificate you have just imported ?

if yes double click on it can you read that you have the private key for it ?

No it is not showing in there at all. (I assume I was to choose computer account before local computer). I have imported all my others no problem but this one does not want to show up.

ok then you have something wrong in the way you imported it, where did you get the certificate from ? did you export it from another computer ? if yes did you make sure you exported the private keys ?

In fact it is showing the store under user account but not computer account. Not had this happen before, why would it be only importing to the user account and not computer account. Thanks

Right done that but it is not showing in the list for the SSL listener in ISA.  How long before it shows in the list.

I will do, later on today but cannot at the moment as I have quite a few VPN users who would kill me if I restarted now.

I will let you know ASAP.
