Blackberry and Outlook/Exchange

Greetings,
I am experiencing a rather bazaar issue. When entering an appointment in either Outlook or the Blackberry device it shows up one hour later in the opposite device. (ie. an appointment at 10 AM on Outlook shows up as 11 AM on the blackberry and vice verse)
The time on the desktop, BES Server, Exchange, and the Blackberry device are all correct.
This is only happening to one user that i know of unfortunately this person is a VP. so TONS of calendar entries.

Thank you for your help!!

I know here for example you can set 2 times for GMT 1 of which is london etc and the other is Morocco? etc. althoguh the times appears to be the same they are not as one adjust for daylight savings and the other does not, it might be worth checking for a similar issues in your time zones settings.
Sorry, this is for the BB device not servers btw.

Hi, have you checked the time zones in all devices?

If that does not fix your issue, you may need to install DST patch on the device: http://www.blackberry.com/select/dst2007/

Thank you for responding,
I checked the device and the BES . They are both set to the same time EST -5 also the Phone is a 9630 Tour running OS version 4.7. I would believe the patch has been applied where this is not an older phone however i could be mistaken is there a way to verify this?
Thanks
Ok so apparently this is happening to more than one user..
I am clueless as to why all the appointments are moving one hour
Ok a little more detail...
I can set appointments from Outlook/Exchange and they sync correctly to the Blackberry device..

However, when I set an appointment from the device it sync's to Outlook but 1 hour later.
I can correct from outlook and it will correct the device...But any changes i make from the device it sets the appointment one hour later.
Also FYI the version of BES server i am using is BES 5 SP2.
The Tour 4.7 would definitely have this already installed. You can check though by going to options, applications, and look for the DST patch.

The BES5 should be as well at latest windows patch level in order to have the latest DST changes. Run a custom microsoft update so you can check optional updates just in case.
I don't see anything about DST under applications.
Where do i go to get the DST patch for the device?

Yes it was the CDO which is odd that Win update did not modify it when updating...
Thank you for all your help!
