Upgrading an IOS for a Cisco 3825 Router and 3750 Switch

I am looking for a good step by step documentation for upgrading an IOS on a Cisco 3825 Router and a 3750 Switch.

Also, any documentation on installing the IOS on those same devices when no IOS is present after an erase flash was done to the device.

Both documents look good.

One more thing though. How are the procedures to install an IOS on a 3750 switch when there is no IOS present at all, as in a erase flash was done.

For example, when the switch boots up it just says Switch:

Yes, you will need to copy the configuration using the serial link using xmodem. Set the serial connection to 115200 to avoid a very long wait. Be glad you didn't do it at the far side of a modem.

and find the smallest image that you can boot the switch from, also make sure you tell people that the console cable is in use and ensure they don't borrow it after two hours, yes it happened to me :-(
