How do i deploy an app that uses ODP.NET as a reference on another server

Hi Experts
I have built a small web app in Visual Web Developer 2008 Express, I installed the Oracle Data Access Components and added a Reference for Oracle.DataAccess from the Oracle Data Access Components dir and set it to Copy Local. However when I deploy the app on another server I get a Server Error saying that "The Provider is not compatible with the version of Oracle Client".
Do I have to install the Oracle Data Access Component on the other server ? Does it have to be installed in the same location? is there any other way to resolve this?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to install the Oracle client on the remote machine.  It doesn't have to be the same location but does have to be the same version.

I suggest the Instant Client with ODP.
