SSRS export to PDF does not render correctly

A Report no longer than 3 pages with some graphs and several blocks of text it used to be exported correctly to PDF format but no longer.
Now, PDF does not wrap text correctly. It looks good on IE and even if exported to Web Archive type. I checked with IT department and nothing was updated on that Server and the report layout is exactly the same as before.
Any ideas of what it could cause this problem?

Note: I am exporting the report directly from “SQL Server Reporting Services”. I am not using code.

I am using SSRS2005.
Thanks

Have you added a new or updated PDF reader or full verison lately?
Something had to change, printers or printer settings, software auto-update?

No nothing has been changed as I motioned before I checked with IT and I did own without any luck so far.
I reviewed timestamp for DLLs used by Reporting Services and they do not show to be modified lately.
I have seen  where a control (like a textbox) go crazy on me and would not work right, and nothing was  changed. But I had to delete that control and replace it with a new control and it started working correctly again. You might have the same kindof problem on your end.

The weird thing is that nothing  change and what I would lie to do is to find the root of the problem
I have been working with PDF's lately and I have come across some reports that worked fine in RDL, but would start growing in PDF reviewer.
One of the problems that we found was that PDF sees the can grow property and it grows, giving you  more space than needed. I have had to go back and change a lot of the fields to  not grow for the PDF to look like the rest of the RDL reports.
