Internal Mail being sent to Junk Mail folder

System Environment
- SharePoint MOSS 2007 w/ SharePoint Services
- Exchagne 2003
- Outlook 2007

Issue
For a few weeks now some users have been receving automated emails from SharePoint for workflow tasks that need to be completed. I have been told from users that when sharepoint sends out an automated reply the recipient receive the email in their Junk Email folder in Outlook 2007. I do not want to put exceptions on the client machines, as I would like to do everything from the server side if possible.

This has not happened before and I would like to how this started and also if there is any exception I can put in so that it does not happen again.

If anymore info is needed please let me know and I will respond.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response. I have taken a look at your document and followed all of the steps. I have been testing this and I am getting an error message when running the VBS command. I am not knowledge with VBS so could you please break it down for me?

Thanks!
Thanks again for your help. VBS was on different lines. Once I put it on 2 lines it worked.

Thanks again.
