Trying to run "Disk Usage" Standard Report in a SQL2005 server

I am trying to run the "Disk Usage" option on the SQL2005 Standard Report and get the following error:

"index zero based must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list"

This error happens in only one of our databases.

Is this one database in sql 2000 (80) compatibility mode?
The SQL reports will only work with 2005 databases
