How can I use a USB key through ESX 4

I am running a vm (xp pro) and a physical machine also xp pro. How can I copy files from the virtual xp pro machine to the local usb key

You can connect the USB to your physical PC, share the drive, then browse to it from your XP VM.

What do you mean by a USB Key ? Is it a USB Flash Drive ?

ah i can see through rdp you have the option to map local drives which then gives your vm access to your usb
