It is a painless operation to desolder it.  You just need an inexpensive iron and some "soldering wick".  the wick is braided copper.  Heat the connector, apply the wick when it melts, and the wick will suck it all up. then the speaker will practically fall out by itself.   But obviously if somebody comes up with a programmatic change, go down that path.  if you stick in a piece of putty over the speaker hole, then this also just might make it quiet enough that it doesn't bother you.

How about pci or similar sound card, will it disable integrated speaker?

Is this a speaker, or one of those solid-state alarm units. The latter can't be disabled. The former possibly could be. Like I said, I could not find engineering manual.  If you have a card, just try it, and let us know. I am pessimistic it will work, but only mildly pessimistic.
