Terminal Server 2008 R2 Error 1111 for printer redirection

I have a terminal server that runs Server 2008 R2. I have remote clients that need to get their printers redirected. I have .net 3.5 installed on all the workstations. This was working fine when I set it up on Friday. They came in Monday and it won't work anymore. The printers are IP based. This is the error message I get in event viewer.
Error 1111:
Driver Lexmark X654de required for printer "printer name" is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again

I have installed the driver and it shows up in the server properties>drivers tab. From my workstation with a different printer it is mapping out fine.

I have tried a few things and am not sure where to go. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I figured out the issue. Although remote printing is supposed to be fine on SP2 my machines needed SP3 on there for it to work properly. This cleared up the issue.
