using electronic signature with ms access?

Hi:
I have an mdb application for keep tracking work flow
Can I use electronic signature on it please?
If so?
Would you kindly explain the approach of such thing please?

First: What do you mean by an "electronic signature"? Are you referring to a Digital Signature, like you'd purchase from a 3rd party source who can verify your identity and issue a certificate? If so then you cannot use this to "sign" a specific record, AFAIK. You could print a report to PDF and then "sign" the PDF, if that's what you're after.

As far as automating that - I'm not sure you could, but then I've never tried it before.

Yes, and there are several 3rd party utilities you can purchase that will allow you to work with PDF files, or you can dive into the Adobe SDK to try and figure out that mess <g>. I'm sure you can do it with the Adobe SDK, but this would assume that Adobe is installed on your user machines.
