Did a migration from one storage group to another in Exchange 2007 - now anyone who had Outlook open during that time is out of sync.

It appears a users client was opened and not used for a week (vacation) and is out of sync- after their mailbox was moved to another storage group. Which was done to balance storage allocation...

Out of sync because Outlook doesn't know where their mailbox went to..

Have them reboot and open outlook, Does outlook find their mailbox then?

What server is the outlook configuration looking for as mailbox server?

There is only one person that had this issue.
how was the problem fixed?
There was no fix applied. Once Outlook was reopened upon the user return all was good.
