Sharepoint emails going into Junk Mail

I have developed a workflow in MOSS 2007. The workflow is working flawlessly. I am however, having an issue with some of the emails going into the Junk Mail folder in Outlook. Here is the scenario - I submit a work order to the IT department of which I am the approver. The workflow sends two emails (and creates some tasks). The first email is to me as the approver. I receive that email in my regular Inbox. No problem there.  But the second email that comes to me as the submitter goes into my Junk Mail folder. The code for both processes are identical, they are coming from the same email address, same server at the same time. I cannot figure out why one goes to Inbox and the other Junk Mail.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice.

You can easily turn off your junk email filtering in outlook - Tools->Options->Junk Email button->select "No Automatic filtering"
If you don't want to turn off automatic filtering, you can add the sender's address or domain to the "Safe Senders" list in the Junk Email section

The problem here is not with sharepoint, but rather with outlook - it may be that outlook sees it as a duplicate message and so thinks that it is junk.

Hope this helps
