No Terminal Server license Server is available in the current domain or workgroup.
Hello,
I am having an issue with my terminal server 2003, i have installed my licenses per user but Whenever i open the terminal server licensing manager, i get the following message :
No Terminal Server license Server is available in the current domain or workgroup. To connect to another license server, click Action, click Connect, and then type the server name.
I need to add my server everytime i open this terminal server licensing. I did uninstall the terminal server licensing and re-install it but didn't help to get rid of this message. I wonder what could be the problem to that.
Any suggestions to that problem?

Make sure that user account password for the terminal server is same as user account password for the Terminal Services license server.
