Alfresco - categories of users and skills

Alfresco has three levels of users.  These include:

1.  Content Managers
2. Content Publisher
3.  Content Contributor

I am wondering what set of skills is required for each.  I am assuming that Content Managers need XML, Freemarker, XSLT, and Xform.

How about the other levels?  Can a content contributor have NO HTML experience?  Can they be simple WYSYG people or MS Office users?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

the above URL has a good explaination of the wcm roles. But, in short, you are correct. Contributors are expected to populate the contribution forms. They need to know how to navigate alfresco, but not how to code.
