Exchange Server 2003 Mailbox Management Recipient Policy

I would like to create a policy that deletes/removes all email from all folders (inbox, sent, deleted, etc) after two weeks for a certain Active Directory security group.

First, is this possible?

Second, I don't want to implement something I am not sure of and then it causes all emails on the system for everyone to be deleted.

I have never attempted a policy so therefore I am very afraid.

Thanks for helping me along.

Thank you, but I have already read this article and I couldn't seem to find the exact answers I was looking for. I need to know whether I can apply mailbox clean up policies to an Active Directory security group and that article didn't address how or if possible.

Hello,

Open the Mailbox Management policy and on the General tab, click Modify. Go to the Advanced tab and click the Field drop-down. Select Group-Name. Under Condition, select Is (Exactly). In the Value field, type the name of the group. Click Add then OK.
