How to open ports in a Snapgear 560U Firewall device?

We're running Simply accounting and it is giving us grief, likely due to ports not being open in our Snapgear 560U firewall device. I know it's a simple answer, if you know what you're doing, but the control panel of this firewall is so incredibly complicated I can't figure out where/how to open the three ports that need to be left open.

If you can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

From the firewall menu click intrusion detection. From here you can configure the TCP and UDP.  From here you can log or block the ports you wish to.

Also if you go to Firewall and click access control. You can create an ACL (Access Control List) to permit or block any specific port you want.

If you need a step by step to configuring an ACL on this device you can download the manual here
go to page 297, it has a very good walk through

Not at the site to test this at the moment, but it sounds detailed and complete. Thanks so much for the input!
