"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please have a read of my article that might highlight problems with your mail server setup, or a blacklisting somewhere.
If you find nothing worng, then it could be that the receiving server has you blocked for some reason.

That error code is also common when your smtp relay is on a blacklist for spam or bulk emails. based on the data you provided, I can see that 61.8.0.80 (mailin1.pacific.net.au) was blacklisted on Backscatter.org on 3/14/2010., as well as several times in the past. I would try removing your server's IP from that blacklist and trying again after giving their server time to see the updated list.

Backscatter.org only lists you if your mail server is configured incorrectly to send out Non-Delivery Reports to invalid recipients.
If you only have a single Exchange server, configure it to filter recipients and then you will not be sending out Backscatter.
Otherwise, please read the following:

Yes this is single server implementation.
Let me call the mail server administrator of that company. Because i don't have problem with any other company before.
Thanks for the reply guys.
