That question is way to general.  The above article is a good quick read and here are the CLI reference manuals that explain every command in detail.  I don't know what version of the Pix OS you are running so I'm linking the 3 most probable candidates:

In case you don't know how to find your Pix OS version type this command:

sh ver

That is short for 'show version' and it will give you a bunch of pertinent info about the Pix itself including the software version.
