Blackberry Enterprise Server express

I have just installed Blackberry Enterprise Server Express on my small business server (SBS 2003).  Everything appears to have installed properly, however I am unable to open the web console.

I have redirected the port 3443 for HTTPS through the firewall to the server.  When I try to open the webpage to log in I get

       The page cannot be displayed

Can you open it locally from the server itself?

No.  There is the same problem at the server.
so it can't have anything to do with the firewall, what port did you configure it on? make sure all services are running, then you can do a netstat -n to see which ports are listening.

Many thanks for your help!

The problem was with services which had not started.  I started all the manual services and I can now log on to the console.
I have a different error message " inccorect username, password or domain" when i try to log in the blackberry administration webconsole.
ok, does this server needs to sit in the DMZ network or our internal LAN ?
