Hi Mimcc,

Yes i have Admin rights on my machine. I worked it out yesterday for some reason i needed to install the application with service pack 1.

Thanks for your comment.

We are getting this same error on a Windows 7 machine with a couple of different DLL files.

The user has Admin level access and is running the setup as administrator.  I am not sure which service pack it is but it is Build Version 12.0.0.683.

Here is some information from the event log:

Log Name:      Application
Source:        MsiInstaller
Date:          1/19/2011 2:12:01 PM
Event ID:      11904
Task Category: None
Level:         Error
Keywords:      Classic

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Ken
