We have a Canon CanoScan8400F connected to an iMac via USB and this has been working great for quite a while. Recently all of a sudden the scanning software is reporting the driver cannot be found. I tried installing the latest Canon Mac drivers from the website, and that solved nothing. I then even tried the original drivers again from the CD, nothing.
How do I "clear out" all the software/drivers to try again? It makes no sense why this would work and all of a sudden doesn't. Does anyone have any other suggestions to try as well?
