my systems will normally prompt with a pop-up window, or in Firefox's case, when they fire up the browser - should allow them to update it with normal user rights as far as i can remember since they moved to version 10.

if you have systems still on v9.0, then you may need an admin to do it ro push it out via GPO.  you can get the full files from Filehippo (www.filehippo.com), along with Shockwave plug-in.  2 versions of Flash required, one for IE and one for all other browsers.

Your new server address may need to be added to trusted sites for the client browsers.

filehippo.com has the beta version of flash. I need to install the official version. Where can I get it?

if you go to the top right of the site where it will say NO FILTER, change that by ticking the box to show NO BETA files.  then you will see all the plug-ins under the Browser section on the top left of the main page.
