OWA Calendar Item Invitation Time Zone Weirdness

We have a server running SBS 2003. When a user logs into OWA and creates a calendar invitation, the appointment displays in the correct time zone and with the correct time. However, when the recipient views the invitation, the time displayed is one hour later than the original time. The time zone is still correct, but the actual time displayed has shifted forward one hour.

Time zone settings in OWA are correct, and both DST update patches have been run on the server to no effect (edit: updates 926666 and 942763). Anyone seen this before?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi there
DST updates are two layers of Update , OS Layer and Application Layer .

you mentioned that you did run Dst update patch ,which on the OS Layer , was this patch on the exchange server ?

Also did you Run Exchange and outlook Celendat Update Tool ?  this is for the Application Layer , if not , then run this tool on your Exchange 2003 server :
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930879

or this tool on your outlook clients:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931667

Good Luck
