8410D incoming call goes straight to speakerphone

I have an 8410D when it receives an incoming call the call goes straight to speakerphone... how do i deactivate this feature on the avaya/lucent 8410D

this is a feature , which does get activated in error ..

i'm sorry i don't have the manuals anymore , but from memory admin can reset the phone & that will clear any odd features that have been accidently set ...

I just reset the pbx entry as suggested and the issue has been cleared.
