Number of MediaListExhausted events exceed 0 within 60 minutes.

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

It means someone dialed a wrong number.  You dont need to worry about it unless people are complaining about calls not going through.   The 0 in 60 mins means it happened 1 time in 60 mins and that is why you are getting the alarm.   You can set the 0 to whatever you want.
