Issues with Cisco serial interfaces

Hello,
I’m having major problems getting two serial interfaces to come up on a new Cisco 2951 router.  There are currently two offices that are connected via two T1’s utilizing PPP multilink.  Both offices have Cisco 2811 routers.  The circuits are working fine.  One of the offices is upgrading the router to a 2951.  When I installed the 2951 both of the serial interfaces remained in a down / down state.  I couldn’t get either of them to come up.  As soon as I plug the circuits back into the 2811 the circuits work perfectly.  The config’s of both routers are below.  The default framing on the 2951 controllers is esf.  The linecode is b8zs.  I don’t get any output on the 2811 when I type “show controller t1”.  When I type “show controllers” it doesn’t show me the frame or line code.  I assume its correct since esf and b8zs is the default for T1’s.  Looking at the configs below is there anything that stands out on the 2951 that would prevent currently working circuits to come “up” on a 2951?

THe "show service module t1" doesn't work on a 2811 but the "show service module" does.

THe "show service-module t1" or any "show service-module" is not a valid command on 2951.  It seems the "show controller t1" shows similiar information.

The config looks OK, in the past when I have replaced routers I have had to call the carrier, and they have had to perform the carrier equivalent of an interface reset.

Can you perform a loopback test on the serial interfaces concerned both soft and hard loops?  If you don' t have one you can make a hardware loop by looping pin 1 to 4 and pin 2 to 5 on an rj45 jack (assuming you are using rj45 smartjack connections).  I also concur with montezz's assesment above and looping will help you to identify a configuration mismatch with your provider.  Have you
