Booting from a USB DVD Drive

I just purchased a used 2850 and have initilized the two drives on Raid 1, I was able to F6 the controler driver in but have backed out of the server 2003 installation:

CD Rom only
Want to install OS 2008

I was going to use the evaluation copy of OS 2003 in the CD rom but it required a key code to install and they don't seem to be giving those out anymore.

How do you boot to a USB DVD or a Jump Drive?  Or is it better to try and break down the OS 2008 onto bite sized CD's..

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thank you, I have been working on this with not much success yet.. I will try again.  The biggest problem is setting up the Bios to boot from a USB port, I can't seem to be able to find that in there..
