Companyweb data export?

I'm trying to figure out where the files are kept for http://companyweb located on our SBS 2003.
I believe they are located in some database.
    * STS_Config.mdf
    * STS_Config_log.ldf
    * STS_Servername_1.mdf
    * STS_Servername_1_log.ldf
I found from this site...
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829112

I guess there are no physical files out there I can just copy and paste to a new location or opening the companyweb some way to export all the data inside?

I guess I'm just looking for the easiest way to copy the data from the old server to the new server that is in place, which are both SBS 2003.

Companyweb isn SBS 2003 is a Windows SharePoint Services site collection...Those databases that you are refering too are databases that SharePoint uses.  Do you have a lot of content in your SharePoint Site collection?
You should be able to use stsadm -o export to export that sharepoint content and import it to the new SBS SharePoint server.
