Gettint the error message Cannot start restore program on host [<>] - a network error occurred or the product's services are not running when using CommVault to restore a backup. The backup and restore happen on 2 different ips/subnets pointing to the same machine. I need to get the restore to work with a users mailbox.

What troubleshooting have you undertaken so far?

Have you confirmed that Commvault Services are running on the destination?
If you perform a Connectivity Check within Commvault (right click the destination client, All Tasks, Check Readiness), what result do you get?
