On way to do it (these are from Outlook 2007)   Highlight the Birthday calendar....then select File -->  Import and Export...
Import and Export Wizard -->  Select Export to a files -->  Personal Folder File (PST) -->  Select Folders you should have the birthday folder selected here if not select it -->  Save the Export
Now select the User Calander and run the same Import Export then import blah blah
