How do i solve the following error which comes out when installing Office Sharepoint 2007?
The following error occurs when trying to setup Microsoft Office Sharepoint 2007:
"The setup configuration file FILES\SETUP\config.xml is not valid. Run setup again without a setup configuration file, or fix the configuration file."

I would try to get a new version of the ISO, I did a lot of crosslanguage installs and I never got this error tbh.
i think your problem is a corrupted copy of the installation setup , plz make sure that u have a good copy or download the setup again
I have heard that if the languge of the software does not allign with the O/S languge setting then you get this error. Make sure they are the same, and if you need to the change the O/S language setting, make sure you restart the device before try installing again.
