Upload IOS to core switch 4510 and to router 3745

Dear all

Please I have core switch 4510 and router 3745 when its start its went to monitor mode. I think the IOS is corrupted please how I can upload new IOS to core switch and router. Also how I can change confreg to made the router go to flash

I try the link to upload from rommon 1 but when I write confreg 0x2101 and reset its went to rommon . Please I need help to upload IOS
