Stop NDR / undeliverable messages going to Junk E-Mail, instead want them to go to users mailbox
Hi,
Have exchange 2007 server, odd time a user gets an NDR it goes into Junk email, have tried setting a rule in outlook doesnt work, we need it to go to the users INBOX and NOT junk email, any ideas ?
GFI Mail essentials is also install latest version, not sure if thats doing anything ?

thanks for the points. Which setting was causing it? Or did you just end up changing "junk mail" to "no automatic filtering"

Later to no automatic filtering also GFI was catching intern NDR's in the head filter which we changed
