How to determine operating costs for a Dell PowerEdge 2850

Our organization has an Exchange server in a rack with 8 other servers.  No dedicated AC, Dual power supply etc.  Does anyone know where I might find a cost calculator of sorts to help me determine annual operating costs?  Thanks.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you in the UK or US (i.e. for cost per unit of elec? .. ask your accounts department for that maybe!
Also, check your aircon unit's rating per amp / watt hour etc
