Set TSM Client password for multiple nodes

Hi,

The documentation repeatedly states that if I am running multiple nodes on a single machine, I must run something like:

dsmc q se

FOR EACH node to get the passwd stored. Fine, normal, got it. passwordaccess is set to generate, dsmc q se created /etc/security/adsm/tsm.pwd but when I run...

nohup /usr/bin/dsmc sched -SE=node_sched2 &

I get this in nohup.out (and it drops out of course):

ANS2050E TSM needs to prompt for the password but cannot prompt  because the process is running in the background. !!!!!

How do I run dsmc q se AS another nodename?

TIA x

Make sure you can use every instance without being prompt for a password in a foreground first (without nohup and &). If that works, background should work fine too.
