My MS SQL 2005 is working slowly, problem with suspended - need help

Hello Guys

I have a MS SQL 2005 installed in my server.
It was working perfectly until last Monday, now it is very slow and as I could notice the
MS SQL 2005 is having a lot of suspended.

The version of my MS SQL 2005 is service pack 2

What could it cause this? What should I do?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

run sp_who2 and check to see any processes having 'blkdby' column non empty
if possible try restarting the sql server services ..
