how to configure dyndns to keep webserver online with dual isp failover using ip sla

i am going to be setting our cisco 1841 router using ip sla to failover form one isp to another in the event the primary goes down. that part should be straight forward, the part that im having a hard time with is how to keep the webserver getting inbound connections. once the public ip switches hwo is the world going to know the web server is now at that address. i heard dynamic dns could accomplish this i am just not sure how. can someone enlighten me?

Dyndns provides a client app to run on a machine inside the LAN which discovers its outbound WAN IP.

The application then sends this to DynDNS to make the DNS updates

how does my public dns record then get changed?
Ah .. They assign you a domain name over which they have DNS control
that doesnt effect my public web servers address?
