Windows 2003 Terminal Server Hardware Interrupts Issue

HI all,

We are using VMWARE Virtual Windows 2003 terminal server with SP2, recently we had found that the server cpu is chocking to 100% and when we run the process explorer it shows hardware interrupts and Defferred procedure calls are hogging the cpu.

The server used by close to 150 users. Any help to resolve the issue would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
