How do I increase the size of a users mailbox with SBS2008

I have a users mailbox which is full, I need to increae the size of their mailbox, how do I do this?

You can open Exchange Management Console -->  Recpient Config --> Open the properties of the user...select Mailbox settings -->   Storage Quotas...

Increase the size here

Snowwolf, I have SBS 2008 so that didn't work unfortunalty

groznywozny: I did what you said and increasd from 2gb to 3gb, but I am still getting emails returned form exchange saying the users mailbox is full?

Remove the Mail Box Size Limit and Check.

Porpatham: First I increaed the size from 2 to 3gb. Then I unticked the mailbox size limit and clicked apply. I am still getting mailbox is full messages when i send test emails to that account?

shreedhar: Sorry yes it was the same as groznywozny: but his was removed. I have incresed the mailbox size but I am still getting messages from exchange saying the mailbox is full
