OU Structure in 2003 SBS

We are a non-profit long term health care facility for children and are currently using 2003 SBS as our primary DC and Exchange. There are additional member servers in the environment as well for additional tasks. I have finally decided to create new OU's for Users and Computers so that I can manage the environment a bit easier.
When creating OU's in an SBS environment, is there any reason to create those OU's within the "My Business" tree or can they live anywhere within the organization?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can put them anywhere - IF you are going to take complete control of group policy and user mainentenace directly through GPMC and ADUC.  The create user task and other built-in tools in SBS only works within the My business structure.
