iPhone Sync Issue

Have an iPhone that was working fine up till monday, have no clue what has changed but the iphone now reports cannot connect to server.

OWA is working fine
OMA is working fine

Have followed KB883380
Have followed KB817379

The phone can access the OMA website in safari

I'm LOST!!!!

Please visit https://testexchangeconnectivity.com and run the Exchange Activesync test.
Specify manual server settings and if you use a 3rd party SSL certificate, don't tick the Ignre Trust for SSL box, but if you created your own certificate, please tick this box.
Fill in the rest of the details and run the test.
Please post back the results (you can obscure your domain name and IP address if you don't want it displayed for all to see).
