Windows SBS 2003 VPN User disconnecting local users

I am running small business server 2003 with VPN access for 8 users.  Inside the office there is usually 5 users logged in.  I have one remote user who logs in and kicks everyone off the server.  I can't seem to find the route of the problem.  I've re-installed the VPN software on the remote laptop and still doing the same thing.  Please help.

How many user CALs do you have installed? If in the office are logged only 4 or 3 users is the problem still the same? Some errors in event log?

Strange.  It had 15 licenses, but when I looked just now it was only 5.  I just added 10 more licenses.  I'll see how that goes.  I'll also look at any errors in logs and post if I find any.  Thanks.

I apologize for not responding or picking a solution.  The licenses were missing / removed somehow.  I added them again and everything is working fine.  Thanks
