ESM should have been used to move the logs.

Can you create another backup of just exchange only on ntbackup and give that a shot.  You may have old log files that won't get flushed but the new ones should be taken care of.

Do you see on the database properties the last full backup made? is that backup the last one that you did or it's one old backup? also do you have circular logging enabled?

in the management console, go to organization configuration-> mailbox and click the mailboxstore - choose properties and in the first tab you can see when the last backup was made.

run a new full backup on just the exchange store and see if it purges the log current log files.

It still didn't clear the logs. I run the eseutil /mk and manually delete the logs.
