Google Apps Sync won't finish downloading

Using outlook 2007 and the latest version of google apps sync.  When the user opens Outlook new emails are downloaded, but google apps sync never stops the "Downloading" process.  This is keeping new emails from being downloaded.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you getting an error 0x80040111?  This is a known issue. Affected users will see an Import Error with code 0x80040111 in their Sync Issues folder. We expect a fix in the next release of Google Apps Sync. The current workaround is to recreate your Google Apps Sync profile, as outlined here.

Are you using 64-bit version of Windows?  The Sync is not supported on this verdion.
