Windows Live Messenger on Server 2008 x64 Terminal Server

Is WLM designed to NOT work on our terminal server; Windows Server 2008 x64 running terminal services. I have tried about 10 times to get it installed and while it seems to work (following Jonathan Kay’s recommended steps), it always fails. I can get one or two users logged in, but it’s very sporadic and it’s never the same users. We have about 30 users all on Wyse V10L thin clients attached to the TS mentioned above. WLM works fine on our 2003 terminal server, but it will not work on the new one. I would use Office Communicator 2007, but our exchange box is running server 2003. I’ll be upgrading that one next, so this issue will be moot at some point. For now my IT head is on the e-chopping block.
