How can I fix 'Could not open a file mapping!' error when I open up IE8 32 bit in 64bit Vista?

I use MS Vista 64bit Home Premium SP1. When I try to open up IE8 32bit - receive an error message 'Count not open a file mapping!' and IE does not start. See the screen attached.

IE8 64bit works OK. I would use it, but I have toolbars and apps that do not support 64bit IE.

Appreciate and ideas how to fix that.
